It combines the rigid, supportive properties of a cast with the “ease of use” of a utility splint. The FS-3 is compact and light weight, making storage convenient for all types of responders. Each unit is individually sealed in an ultra heavy duty packaging to ensure its ready for use when the time comes. Once the FS-3 is opened and activated, it provides the means to immobilize almost any fracture. The splint is simply wrapped on the injured limb and then activated with 1-2 ounces of liquid. The splint will also harden without liquid in about 10 minutes. The FS-3 offers a complete splinting solution.
