The G 84460 balloon is designed to protect the ultrasound head of Olympus UM20 type echoendoscopes. Material: Natural Latex Ø 2 mm Ø 10 mm Ø 3,3 mm General technical information: The G 84460 balloons biocompatibility was verified according to the NF EN 10993 standard. The sterilisation of the packaged balloons is made by ethylene oxide according to a method validated on the physical and microbiological plan. The life time of the sterile balloons is of 3 years. The storage has to be made shielded from the light between 11 and 23°C. The end user is responsible for verifying the balloon before using it on echo-endoscope ISO Med conforms to 93/42/CEE European Directive requirements and maintains a quality insurance system according to ISO 9001 ISO 13485 The packaging The G 84460 balloons are individually packaged under peel away sachet. The sachet is constituted by a transparent superior sheet in PET/PE of medical quality and an opaque internal sheet in PGL.
