Transportation and packing for medinCNO®/ medinCNO®mini Transportation and packing for medinCNO®/ medinCNO®mini 1 Attention: The medinCNO®/ medinCNO®mini includes a lithium ion battery and a lithium metal cell and therefore the rules for transportation of hazardous goods must be followed. During any transport of medinCNO®/ medinCNO®mini or its internal batteries, the requirements of your transportation company for the transport of lithium batteries must be met. For detailed information, contact your transportation company. Medin recommends transporting medinCNO®/ medinCNO®mini only in the original packaging. For this reason, at least one original package should be kept. 2 Internal batteries - reason for special packing requirements medinCNO®/ medinCNO®mini contains two internal batteries: - 1 Lithium ion battery (rechargeable battery REF 39-101), which: o is tested a ordi g to su se tio . of the UN Ma ual of Tests a d Criteria part III o has a watt-hour rating of 85 Wh, which is marked on the outside of the battery case o is protected against damage by the device case. o has a lithium content of 0,6g Lithiu etal ell desig ated s all V atter REF , hi h: o is tested a ordi g to su se tio . of the UN Ma ual of Tests a d Criteria part III o has a lithium content of 0.58 g o is protected against damage by the device case. o has a net weight of 0.02 kg Both batteries are mounted inside the device, which is classified as co tai ed i e uip e t for transportation. This mounting protects the batteries against damage and also ensures that the two batteries are prevented from short circuiting. One medinCNO®/ medinCNO®mini unit does not have more than 4 cells and not more than 2 batteries inside.
