Patient hookup and 24-hour BP monitoring start Print out “PATIENT'S HISTORY” (Go to “Print | Patient's history") and give it to the patient to fill in. Make sure that the patient knows that he has to avoid movements and relax the arm while the monitor is taking a BP measurement. 6. ABPM data downloading When your patient returns from the ABPM test, remove the monitor and accessories. Connect the monitor to PC communication cable, switch on the monitor (install batteries if removed), start BPLabWin program and select the “Download...” icon or menu item “Monitor | Download...": The window “Download the monitor data” will appear. Follow the instructions which will appear in the screen (see details in section 6.4 of User's Guide). After ABPM file is downloaded, ABPM window will be open.
