Open the catalog to page 2Luxor Overview > Place the cobb style Initial Dilator through the incision to palpate the lamina in both the sagittal and transverse planes. > Assemble and insert the Retractor through the incision over the Dilator. Insert the Driver into the Retractor Base and screw clockwise to expand the distal end of the Retractor Blades. > Once the disc space is prepared, insert cancellous bone into the disc space using angled and straight forceps. > Use the Jam Shidi needle to gain access to the pedicle. > The removal of the Jam Shidi inner trocar allows the K-Wire to be inserted into the pedicle.
