About Zenicor-EKG Zenicor-EKG is easy to use for both patients and care providers, allowing longer investigation periods and proven superior arrhythmia detection rate. This leads to more accurate diagnosis. Zenicor-EKG is designed for use by all kind of patient groups including children and elderly people. With Zenicor-EKG, patients take their own ECG readings quickly and easily by simply puting both thumbs on the device. The device is small enough to fit in a pocket, so patients can bring it with them everywhere. The patient can register the ECG anywhere at anytime. All it takes is putting two thumbs on the device and then send the ECG to the care provider, using the built-in mobile phone. Zenicor-EKG System overview Clinical case 1 A worried patient with a vague feeling of arrhythmia uses the Zenicor-EKG for a few weeks to register and transfer ECG readings twice a day and when experiencing the sense of arrhythmia. Clinical case 2 After a cardioversion of an atrial fibrillation, the patient is given a Zenicor-EKG to take regular readings for four weeks. Any recurrence will be caught quickly, even if the patient doesn’t feel any symptoms.
