Single-piece units are completely factory wired, piped and charged, ready for installation. Units with Puron refrigerant have EERs up to 14.8, while units with R-22 have EERs up to 14.6. Units include a direct expansion evaporator coil, compressors, and watercooled cleanable condensers (unless remote air-cooled). The VAV units include a single or multiple belt drive evaporator fan(s) with VFD (variable frequency drive) controlled motor and complete microprocessor control system. Features/Benefits (cont) These vertical package units offer flexible economical air conditioning for today’s office environment. Compressors are mounted on vibration isolators. Each compressor is equipped with a coaxial tube-in-tube condenser for maximum heat transfer efficiency and performance.
