Key Features Custom-fabricated from a cast Fully integrated padding Choice of knee joint includes either the Becker Drop Lock knee joint or the Becker Offset Free Motion knee joint Fully customizable a variety of alternate hinge choices and additional optimizations, like knee pads and growth extension bars are available (at additional cost). Combines with any custom DAFO brace style most commonly ordered with a solid-ankle DAFO Turbo, the articulated PFblock DAFO 2, or the PF-block DAFO 3, depending on desired functionality. Designed for patients who: • Need medial/lateral support for a knee position that cannot be controlled by a DAFO alone. • Exhibit extreme knee hyperextension or flexion (crouching) that cannot be controlled by a DAFO alone. • Have fragile bone conditions. • Have excess knee flexion due to muscle weakness, not because of contractures.
