Enabled by a planar backlight, in addition £ 9 to the top light, it provides ideal image quality for up to 12-color analysis. Equipped with dedicated software, it excels in double-color (DC) ELISPOT, and multicolor viral, yeast, and bacterial colony counting. This model is high-throughput capable, reading a 96-well plate under one minute, and up to 400 plates per run when equipped with our automated plate loader. It is the industry leader in academia and in the regulated realm, supporting 21 CFR part 11 compliant workflows. The S6 Entry platform has been widely used for instrument/count harmonization across collaborating laboratories. Enabled by a (a) high quality color camera, its (b) planar backlight illumination option (in addition to the standard top light), and (c) the ImmunoSpot® Dual Color Analysis Software Suite loaded, the S6 Entry it not only optimized for Dual Color Elispot Analysis, but also for the reading of viral plaque assays and other morphometric microtiter plate analysis with up to 12 color resolution at visible light. Strip plates are cost saving when just a part of a plate is being used in an assay. (CTL offers all single and double color enzymatic ImmunoSpot® kits also in 96 well strip format).
