Cole-Parmer® StableTemp™ Dry Block Heaters Adjust to your needs - Customizable to your needs—blocks available (below) for microtubes, centrifuge tubes, vials, microplates, and PCR strips or tube 1. Heaters Analog Dry Block Heaters. Economical temperature controllers are adjustable with separate high and low temperature control knobs. Digital Dry Block Heaters. Proportional integrative derivative (PID) controller allows you to select a particular temperature with ease, enables rapid heat-up, and provides excellent stability to maintain results. No hot spots—units have exceptional temperature uniformity and digital display shows set and actual temperature. Additional features include timer, audible alarm, and built-in temperature calibration mode. External Temperature Probe Kit enables the digital heaters to read block or sample temperature and display it on the control panel. The RTD probe fits into the thermometer well located within each modular block. Caution! To avoid possible electrical hazard, do not fill well or block opening with water or other fluids. Unit is designed to run as a dry bath/incubator.
