Hill-Rom® Lighting Systems for Patient Rooms Integris® Patient Light • Housing: Extruded aluminum body with die-cast end caps. Housing attached to mounted baseplate for wiring with integral swing hook. After wiring, housing swings closed; secured with countersunk fasteners. White urethane powder coat finished – 5-step pre-treatment; laboratory salt spray test: 1,000 hours. • Baseplate: 16 gauge CRS baseplate provided with six-point (36" and 48" housing) mounting holes and one wireway hole. • Lens: U.V. stabilized, high impact resistant, extruded linear DR/acrylic (50/50 blend). Smooth exterior, fluted interior. Nominal thickness .125". Lens securely positioned in body channels. • Electrical: Fluorescent electronic 120/277/347V ballasts high power factor (<10% THD). One ballast for upper compartment and one ballast for lower compartment standard. Circuits supplied with quick connects/disconnects. See Ordering Information for optional equipment. Lamps by others. • Installation: Standard six-point (36" and 48" housing) mounting. • Listings: UL and CUL Listed. Certified by independent lab to meet OSHPD seismic loading standard. Pre-approved by OSHPD for installation in California healthcare facilities. US Patent No. D527,131. • Safety: An Emergency Shut-Off switch will cut off power to the bed only receptacle when an IV pole or other equipment makes contact with the light.
