Inside filled with 16mm chemical stable flake board V100, cutting edges sealed with infection resistant paint. Inside filling (water resistant) glued with inner and outer panel. Floor or ceiling with extraction duct 100 x 1,5mm (70mm high). Single back wall, stainless steel 1mm, material EN / DIN AISI 306. Outer surfaces brushed / inner surfaces not brushed. Features Double wall doors, 17mm thick. Inner and outer shelf 1mm, material EN / DIN AISI 306. Surface inside and outside brushed. Inside surface includes a rubber seal profile being pressed to side wall, floor and ceiling linings. Option: 6mm security glass inserts in doors. The doors are mounted with screw-on chromed hinges. Opening angle 165° with self-lock action. Cabinet with 5 shelves (single wall 25mm, 1,5mm stainless steel, material EN / DIN AISI 306 perforated with 5mm holes). Distance 16 / 16mm. Upper area brushed, all sides 90° bend. Long side additionally bend to inside. Adjustable height each 50mm by means of metal pins. Open holes are closed with plastic knobs. Below the shelves a detachable collection tray is present for safety reasons. The collection tray will hold 3 liters of liquid in case one of the container breaks or falls down.
