Product catalog summary
Product Introduction
The Hemorrhage Control Arm Trainer P102 is designed for realistic training in hemorrhage control on the upper extremity. It simulates bleeding and wound scenarios to prepare trainees for emergency situations, particularly in Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) and Civilian Casualty Care. The trainer includes three wound patterns: deep laceration, large caliber gunshot wound, and junctional wound. It can be used as a stand-alone simulator or worn by a volunteer for enhanced realism.

Delivery Content
The package includes the Hemorrhage Control Arm Trainer P102, three wound covers made of 3B SKINlike™ silicone, a 2-liter canister, a hand blood pump system, a canister blood pump system cap, a multiple bleeding connector, a 250 ml bottle of artificial blood concentrate, and a carry bag with a strap.

Prepare Artificial Blood
To prepare the artificial blood, mix 250 ml of blood concentrate with water in the canister, shake well, and replace the cap with the blood pump system cap.

Blood Pump System Setting
Secure the larger tube through the blue valve and insert the smaller tube for blood return. Close the black valve if not starting training immediately.

Training Scenarios
  • Scenario 1: Single Bleeding Wound - Connect the hand blood pump to the selected wound port and open the valve to start.
  • Scenario 2: Simultaneous 3 Wounds - Connect all bleeding ports to the multiple bleeding connector and start the training.
  • Scenario 3: Simultaneous Two Bleeding Wounds - Block the unnecessary wound, connect the pump to the selected ports, and open the valve.

Hand Blood Pump and Wound Cover
For realism, cover unused wounds during training. After use, remove covers for cleaning.

How to Make the Arm Wearable
Use the carry bag strap to secure the arm on a simulated casualty for realistic scenarios.

Cleaning and Care
Flush the system with clean water post-training to remove artificial blood. Ensure no water remains by pumping air through the system.

HEMORRHAGE CONTROL ARM TRAINER P102 PRODUCT INTRODUCTION Trainer for hemorrhage control on upper extremity with realistic wound and bleeding simulation. Hemorrhage is the loss of blood components from the cardiovascular system. When the blood loss leads to inadequate tissue oxygenation in the whole body or parts of it, a hemorrhagic shock can occur. For upper extremity hemorrhage, retrospective studies have shown that extremity tourniquets reduce bleeding with a low rate of complications. To be better prepared to save lives in an emergency, hemorrhage control and applying tourniquets have to...

HEMORRHAGE CONTROL ARM TRAINER P102 N°3: SIMULTANEOUS TWO BLEEDING WOUNDS 1. Identify which two wounds you want to train on, and which Arm bleeding ports you need to connect to 2. Use the clip and block the bleeding from the wound which is not needed 3. Connect the hand blood pump system tube coupling to the selected wound bleeding ports 4. Open the black valve to start the training HAND BLOOD PUMP AND WOUND COVER Important: With the hand blood pump you can build up a simulated high pressure, which can be higher than the normal blood pressure. Therefore the pump should not be operated with more...
