The VIRNA armchair features a structure with three differentiated sections: backrest, seat, and legrest, all of which are electrically movable and have adjustable height. It is equipped with four low voltage electric actuators and is designed to withstand cardiopulmonary resuscitation techniques. The armchair includes comfortable padding for maximum user comfort.
The upholstery is abrasion-resistant while maintaining softness and comfort. It consists of two sections: one for the backrest and a continuous one over the seating surface and legrest. The covering is made of heat- and light-resistant leatherette fabric, ensuring no contact between the patient and mechanical parts and minimizing empty spaces between cushions.
The padding material provides comfort, durability, and softness, characterized by immediate shape recovery after stress. It includes hypoallergenic dracon fiber lined with washable sanforized canvas.
The chair features an easy-to-use button panel that deactivates when not in use. The external cover is protected by a waterproof membrane and equipped with a plastic hook. Electrical controls can be inhibited by removing a magnetic key from the backlit push-button panel.
The armchair includes a removable and adjustable padded headrest, a slightly inclined footboard for anti-cramp function, and adjustable padded armrests with synchronized ergonomic movement and integrated button holder.
The ergonomic base is equipped with four independent, swivel thermoplastic rubber wheels (Ø 125mm) with a braking system, ensuring easy directionality. The armchair is cleanable, sanitizable, fireproof (Class 1M approved), waterproof, antistatic, antibacterial, antifungal, and non-toxic (formaldehyde-free).
