Data Sheet PHV 50K-75K Dual Stage Rotary Vane Vacuum Pumps Product description The PHV 50K and PHV 75K are dual-stage oil-sealed rotary vane pumps that deliver a pumping speed of 50-75 m3/hr at 50Hz, or 60-90 m3/hr at 60 Hz, and a base pressure of ≤1 x 10-3 mbar. An inlet isolation valve is integrated into the pump to close off the inlet port whenever power to the pump is interrupted. This anti-backstream valve retains vacuum in the roughing, or foreline, and prevents pump oil from contaminating the vacuum chamber. The PHV 50K and PHV 75K have a manual gas ballast valve, which when opened, allows the pump to achieve its rated water vapor handling specification.
