AcQMap

Product catalog summary
Overview: The document provides detailed information about the AcQMap High Resolution Imaging and Mapping System by Acutus Medical, Inc. This system is designed for use in electrophysiology procedures to map and visualize cardiac anatomy and electrical activity.
System Features:
  • 3D Imaging and Mapping: Utilizes ultra-high resolution ultrasound imaging for full chamber single beat mapping, capable of mapping both stable and unstable rhythms.
  • Standalone Open Platform: Compatible with various diagnostic and therapeutic tools, allowing customer preference for ablation and mapping catheters.
  • Multiple Mapping Modes: Includes contact mapping for simple anatomical ablations, hover mapping with SuperMap for repetitive rhythms, and non-contact mapping for unstable arrhythmias.
Components and Specifications:
  • AcQMap System Components: Includes console, workstation, auxiliary interface box, and various cables for ECG and ablation connections.
  • Physical Characteristics: Detailed dimensions and weight for each component are provided.
  • Data Collection Channels: The system supports 150 channels, including ultrasound, catheter, auxiliary, ablation, and surface ECG channels.
Functional and Performance Characteristics:
  • Ultrasound Output: Frequency of 10 MHz with a maximum voltage of 50 Vp-p and power of 1 W peak.
  • Localization Output: Frequency range from 15 kHz to 50 kHz with a maximum current of 1.2 mA RMS.
  • ECG & EGM Input: Bandwidth from 0.05 Hz to 500 Hz with a resolution of +/- 1 uV.
Indications for Use: The AcQMap System is intended for patients undergoing electrophysiology procedures. It reconstructs chamber anatomy from ultrasound data and displays electrical impulses as charge density or voltage-based maps. It also provides catheter positioning information when used with specified electrodes.
Additional Information: The document includes order numbers for system components and emphasizes the importance of reviewing the Instructions for Use for detailed indications, contraindications, warnings, and precautions.
