Analyze Cheese and Fluid Dairy Products with One Instrument LactoScope™ FTIR Advanced with Cheese Application Use one instrument for all your products The LactoScope FTIR is the only AOAC approved instrument that can analyze fat in both cheese and liquid dairy products. Our unit allows you to analyze all products from raw milk, whey, cream, cheese milk and finished cheese. By consolidating your testing, you can eliminate the need for extra instrumentation, training and cali- bration control. Standardize your product Delta Instrument's FTIR Advanced with Cheese Application makes it possible to use the same analyzer on your incoming raw milk, in-process cheese milk, and final cheese product. Our mid- infrared analyzer allows you to quickly and accu- rately measure the components you need to monitor. This allows you to quickly adjust formulations and batches to increase your yield. This has long been the choice of dairy processors to analyze their products for fat, protein, lactose, solids, SNF, FPD, casein, NPN/Calculated Urea and other components.
