Usage Instructions:

DENTOSPON is supplied sterilized and ready for use. The sponge size can be adjusted to fit the wound cavity.
Place the dry sponge in the fresh, blood-filled wound cavity and allow it to absorb as much blood as possible.
The sponge should not protrude over the inner gingival margin to avoid affecting epithelization.

Applications:

Treatment of alveoli and wound cavities after extractions, apical amputations, maxillary sinus perforations, and other surgical treatments.
Prophylaxis of secondary cavity formation, wound infections, and secondary hemorrhage.
Can be used as a dressing after gingivectomy and in periodontopathies.

Packaging: Available in bulk jars and individual blisters, each containing sponges of dimensions 14x7x7 mm.
