- Shipments are FOB Mount Kisco, NY, with freight prepaid and charges added. Prices may change without notice, and a minimum billing of $50.00 net per order is required. Some parts for equipment over 5 years old may be out of stock or require factory substitution. Warranty, repair, and return policies apply as amended.
- Orders must include part number, description, quantity, model and serial number, customer account number, and purchase order number. Prices are FOB warehouse in Mount Kisco, NY, and subject to change. Minimum billing for parts orders is $50.00 net, with additional shipping charges. Claims for damage or loss must be filed by the consignee with the carrier.
- Parts are warranted for 90 days from the billing date, excluding lamps and supply items. Warranty replacement requires a Return Material Authorization (RMA) and must be returned freight prepaid within 15 days. AFP reserves the right to charge a 20% service fee for returns without a proper explanation.

LIMITED WARRANTY All parts (except lamps and supply items) purchased from AFP Manufacturing are warranted to function properly for 90 days from AFP Manufacturing’s billing date. AFP makes no other warranties, expressed or implied, of merchantability for these parts.
