DRY VACUUM SUPREME SUCTION POWER VacStar Viper incorporates the suction machine and automatic separation process in one unit. Vacuum generation and the simultaneous separation of the mixture of secretion and solids are both carried out on the robust drive shaft. The integrated water pump draws off the fluid continuously, and Viper manages even larger amounts of fluid without difficulty. Viper is so compact. This development not only allowed us to eliminate the need for additional separation units and other components in the treatments unit, but also simplified at the same time the planning and installation of the entire practice’s suction system. TREMENDOUSLY POWERFUL Viper is maintenance-free with almost silent running qualities. To meets such requirements: the non-contact rotating blades of the turbine create the required vacuum and volume flow within seconds. The impeller is made of special corrosion-resistant composite which makes it more resilient to humidity and moisture. A reliable electric motor ensures non-stop operation. And the integrated condensate separator gives a high measure of protection against the ingress of condensate water.
