LAM-Line. Laminar airflow ceilings - 1

AIR PURIFICATION AND DISINFECTION SYSTEMS LAM-Line. Laminar airflow ceilings Laminar airflow ceilings supply a sterile unidirectional airflow. They protect the working zone from pathogenic microorganisms as well as mechanical particles and hazardous substances. AL LAM-Line is designed to purify the air in: • Healthcare settings highly sterile operating theatres, intensive care units, isolation wards (including TB patient wards). • Microbiological laboratories for operating with microorganisms of any risk group. • Pharmaceutical industry premises with high cleanliness standards. AL LAM-Line removes all types of pollutants: mechanical (aerosols), chemical and microbiological. AL LAM-Line inactivates all types of microorganism, including biological pollutants that cannot be inactivated by other purification methods. Replaceable elements are disinfected during operation and do not require any special disposal methods. Reduction of energy consumption Installation of AL LAM-Line offers the possibility to run the ventilation system at a higher recirculation rate and therefore reduces the energy to precondition supply air. Design overview 1. Aerosol charging unit – The unit ensures a symmetrical electrostatic field inside the element and charges 99.8% of aerosols with sizes between 0.1-100 μm and a linear velocity of up to 4 m/s. 2. Combined polarized filter – This filter traps particles up to 0.1 μm in size and adsorbs unpleasant odors, toxic chemical substances, allergens, viruses, and bacteria. The polarized filter causes the charged particles to precipitate, reaching a filtration efficiency of 99.9% and minimal airflow resistance. Basic characteristics Laminar field area: Ventilation capacity: Noise...
