MICRO APPLICATORS
Micro applicators are disposable tools made with a medical-grade polypropylene handle and a nylon brush. They are non-sterile and designed for precise application of various dental and medical solutions such as sealants, bonding agents, and cavity liners. The applicators feature non-absorbent, non-linting fibers that can hold small amounts of liquid without spilling. The bendable neck allows for easy access to difficult areas, and the flexible handle ensures pinpoint accuracy. These applicators are classified as Class 1 Medical Devices under EU MDR 20017/745 and comply with several ISO standards.
The applicators come in three sizes: Regular, Fine, and Superfine. The lengths of the applicators range from 100.2 mm to 102 mm, with fiber tip diameters from 1.5 mm to 3 mm. The fiber tip lengths vary from 2.6 mm to 3.5 mm.
The applicators are available in various colors and sizes, each with a specific article number. Regular sizes come in colors like Med Blue and Lilac, Fine sizes in Yellow and Mint Green, and Superfine in White.
Each dispenser contains 100 pieces, with four dispensers per box and 40 boxes per carton. The shelf life of the applicators is five years. Carton dimensions are 52x42x24.5 cm, weighing 16 kg, with 33 cartons per pallet.
Applicators should be stored in a dry, dark, dust-free, and well-ventilated area, free from disturbing smells. Users should select the appropriate size applicator for the intended application.
