STYLE LATEX GLOVES
The Style Latex Gloves are ambidextrous, single-use disposable examination gloves made from natural rubber latex. They are non-sterile, powder-free with grip, and available in various colors including blue, pink, lilac, fresh green, orange, fuchsia, and burgundy.
The gloves are certified under ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2012. They conform to ASTM D3578, EN455 (1-4), EN 420, EN 374: 1-2, MDD 93/42 EEC Annex VII, and are classified as CE Class I medical devices. They also adhere to Medical Device GMP: 2005 standards.
The gloves are available in sizes XS, S, and M, with specific article numbers for each color variation.
The gloves have a tensile strength of at least 18.0 MPa and an elongation at break of at least 650%. The stress at 500% elongation is a maximum of 5.5 MPa, and the force break is a minimum of 6.0 N. Residual powder is ≤ 2.0 mg/dm², and protein content is ≤ 50 μg/g. Thickness measurements are a minimum of 0.15 mm at the fingertip, 0.13 mm at the palm, and 0.10 mm at the cuff. The gloves have a minimum length of 240 mm and a weight of 6.2 g ± 0.2 g.
Each dispenser contains 100 gloves, with 10 dispensers per carton. Carton dimensions are 39.5x26x25.5 cm, with weights varying by size: 6.0 Kg (XS), 6.5 Kg (S), and 7.5 Kg (M). There are 9 cartons per layer, 7 layers per pallet, totaling 63 cartons per pallet. The pallet weight is 398 Kg (XS), 430 Kg (S), and 492 Kg (M), with a size of 80x120x193 cm.
