The automatic Capline TRIGGER is designed for capping bottles using pumps and triggers. It is fully automatic and manufactured by ALBERTINA Machinery s.r.o., located in Prague, Czech Republic.
The operator places the triggers into a storage container. They are transported by a conveyor to an aligning bowl, then moved via a special trail to a pick-up mechanism that grabs the trigger. A scissors mechanism guides the straw, places it in the bottle, and tightens it.
