Basic Description:

The Capline Dynamic is a linear capping machine designed for the continuous closing of bottles and canisters. Containers enter the machine via a conveyor belt and are stabilized by side belts. Caps are oriented in a rotary caps sorter and proceed through a caps rail to the pick and place device. The capping unit, installed on movable axes, picks the cap and follows the bottle's movement to tighten the cap to the required torque. This system allows capping without stopping the bottle, preventing product splashing.
