Linear filling machines using flow meters are designed for high precision and repeatability, suitable for industries like food, pharma, cosmetics, and petro-chemistry. They offer high reliability, minimal maintenance, and can be cleaned using CIP/SIP technologies. Mass flow meters ensure consistent dosing across various temperatures.

Containers enter via a conveyor and are stopped by an inlet pneumatic gate. The system waits for containers to enter before starting the filling process. If no container arrives in time, an alarm sounds. Once bottles are centered, nozzles descend to the bottom of the bottles and open for dosing, measured by flow meters. The system allows easy operation with adjustable dosing via a PLC display. After filling, nozzles close, and a drip tray prevents staining. The outlet gate then releases the containers.
