SYSTEM 1 WRAP AROUND LABEL APPLICATION

- Motorized conveyor with adjustable speed.
- Labeling head with microregulation for position adjustment.
- Side annihilation belt for all-round label application.
- Counter plate for lateral smoothing belt.
- Three roller applicator for label orientation relative to packaging.
- Special side belt counter-plate for full circumference labels on square bottles.
- Hot stamp and thermal transfer printing equipment.
System 1 is designed for applying labels on the whole or part of the circumference of cylindrical containers. It can be equipped with a side belt for smoothing labels or a three roller applicator for label alignment. The system can also apply two labels on cylindrical or conical containers.
System 1 is an automatic labeling solution capable of applying labels up to 200 mm wide onto cylindrical bottles. The DRP device ensures precise label application as the product spins during the labeling phase. The system's compact design allows it to fit into various packaging environments and be easily adjusted for different bottle and label formats.
