DENTAL DRY SL 25 C - 30 C - 50 C - 100 C8 COMPRESSORI SERIE GIANO C SU SERBATOIO Gruppo Giano con trasmissione a cinghia silenziati su serbatoio dentale/medicale Questo compressore a secco, ovvero funzionante senza la necessità di lubrificazione tramite olio ed appartenente alla tipologia “Rocking Piston”, è composto da un pistone flottante all’interno di un cilindro (in alluminio estruso trattato con ossidazione dura) e fissato ad una biella, posta su un cuscinetto a sfere lubrificato a vita con un grasso speciale adatto per utilizzo ad alte temperature. Il rendimento “potenza motore / aria resa” è molto efficiente attraverso l’applicazione di una doppia ventilazione per il raffreddamento forzato di cilindri, l’albero del gruppo pompante è supportato da cuscinetti lubrificati a vita. Mediante l’uso di un sistema di filtro di aspirazione su silenziatore, il livello sonoro risulta estremamente ridotto, rendendo il prodotto unico per questa tipologia di compressori. Il disegno delle valvole è esclusivo. Ad ulteriore limitazione dell’emissione sonora è adottato un sistema di insonorizzazione che non penalizza il raffreddamento e quindi l’efficienza del compressore. Il motore elettrico, che si attiene a norme e specifiche sia per l’Europa che per gli USA, unito ai suoi bassi valori di assorbimento, rende possibile il commercio di questi modelli in tutto il mondo. I modelli Giano C su serbatoio per il loro elevato raffreddamento dato dallo schema meccanico della trasmissione a cinghia, risultano compressori adatti per applicazioni professionali gravose, dove resa, efficienza ed affidabilità sono fondamentali. Sono adatti per l’utilizzo anche con sistemi CAD CAM di ultima generazione che lavorano a 8 bar. COMPRESSORS GIANO C SERIES ON TANK Belt drive silenced Giano units on dental/medical tank This oil-less compressor, which is working without the need of lubrication by oil and belonging to the “Rocking Piston” typology, is composed of a floating piston inside a cylinder (made of extruded treated with hard oxidation) and fixed to a connecting rod, placed on a ball bearing lifetime lubricated with special grease suitable for use at high temperatures. The “motor power/yield air” performance is very efficient by applying a double ventilation for forced cooling of the cylinders, the shaft of the pumping unit is supported by lifetime lubricated bearings. The sound level is extremely reduced by using a suction filter system on silencer, making the product unique for this compressors typology. The valves disegn is exclusive. The electric motor, which complies to standards and specifications both for Europe and the USA, combined with the low absorption values, makes the trade of these models possible all over the world. Due to their high cooling given by the mechanical diagram of the belt drive, the Giano C models on tank are compressors suitable for demanding professional applications, where performance, efficiency and reliability are fundamental. They are also suitable for the use of CAD-CAM systems of the last generation that work at 8 bar.
