Speed, Power, Elegant Maneuverability The iPixelEr is Alma Lasers fastest Erbium laser module. Designed for use with the HarmonyXL, the iPixelEr speeds up treatment time while delivering beautiful results for skin resurfacing. Faster Treatment The iPixelEr rests on 2 small wheels at the tip of the module which roll across the patient’s skin. Unlike traditional Erbium lasers which use a stamping or scanning technique, the iPixelEr allows you to treat the targeted area with high speed and elegant efficiency. Compared to traditional erbium lasers, the iPixelEr can significantly shorten treatment time. Compared to a stationary Erbium module, the energy per pixel of the iPixelEr is delivered more efficiently. This provides impressive ablative, thermal damage, and results for you and your patients. Shorter Downtime The fine spacing in-between the 7 pixels minimizes the treatment area by forming a reservoir of skin that remains undamaged by the laser, thereby improving results and reducing patient down time by allowing the tissue to heal and collagen to strengthen.
