Easy set of sterilizing temperature • Before operation, you can select and set sterilizing temperature by the set knob. So you need not adjust it in sterilization operation. Also change of temperature (ex.^lO^HOO) is one-touch. Automatic system • Can be conveniently operated anywhere by just connecting with electricity.(1.5kW) • By just closing the exhaust valve and pushing the start button, you get full automatic performances from start to finish. • Timer begins to move only after the set temperature/pressure is reached, buzzer announces sterilization(and drying) completion and electricity cuts off. • Automatic air exhaust device guarantees reliable sterilization under pure steam exposure. Safety • Shiny polished SUS-304 stainless steel chamber and double lid with pressed thick plate arm. passed through water pressure test (0.36MPa-twice as high pressure as safty valve). • Pressure safety switch operates at 0.17MPa in case of abnormal pressure rise and shuts down operation with warning red lamp and buzzer. • Pressure safety valve operates surely at 0.18MPa in case emergency pressure rise. Prevention of water lack • The sensitive thermostat mounted on the surface of immersion-type sheathed heater, cuts off immediately the electrical source in case of water lack, and the buzzer sounds continuously.(also red lamp goes on- -KY-23.) And even after the chamber cooled, the heater does not operate until you push the start button again after your water supply in the chamber. Exhaust and Drain • As the needle exhaust valve can finely exhaust steam in the chamber, you can sterilize liquid in bottles. • As the drain valve and piping of large diameter can pour dust and ditry water out of the bottom of chamber, you can keep the chamber-inside clean. Drying system (KY-23D) • Band heaters around the chamber ensure drying of sterilized wet materials. • Switching from sterilization to drying is manual operation of opening drain valve, turning switch and pushing the start button. • Timer begins to move only after the inside -temperature reaches at 1300(adjustable). • These drying heaters and temperature-controller occupy chamber-inside with hot air, so you can use this autoclave as a hot air dryer.
