Ergonomic design Designed with the operator in mind, the Model 170 has a clear display panel and dedicated soft key layout, allowing complete focus on the test subject and reducing the time it takes to do examinations. Time saving The audiometer includes test frequencies and attenuation ranges required to perform a wide range of pure tone audiometry, such as standard threshold or sweep testing for school screening. Automatic test routines with pure and pulsed test tones enable large-scale screening programmes to be delivered effectively. Data management Results can be manually recorded, printed with the optional portable printer, saved in internal memory and or transferred to a PC application, thus giving a comprehensive range of data management choices. The audiometer also offers integration to a number of third-party Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems. This enables the seamless transfer of results and data, for improved workflow efficiency. For specific occupational health screening programmes, the Model 170 can also be supplied with the Amplivox Audibase data management software which will automatically categorise hearing tests.
