Wipes dispensing system - dry, non-woven wipes made of 100 % PP in a dispenser bucket for the impregnation with surface disinfectants Fields of application: The wipes dispensing system A°-Wipes consists of a light, handy bucket filled with lint-free, non-woven wipes. The tear-resistant A°-Wipes are an excellent choice for the disinfection and cleaning in combination with various liquid surface disinfectants. The high quality wipes made of 100 % polypropylene (PP) guarantee an ideal release of active ingredients from different surface disinfectants onto the treated surface. The small bucket with carry handle enables a practical, mobile use of the wipes and is perfectly suited for the application on hardly accessible surfaces. A°-Wipes are suitable for the fast and efficient disinfection of all wipeable surfaces in hospitals, medical practices, ambulances and nursing services. Furthermore, the wipes dispensing system is suitable for the use in laboratories, solaria, baths and sanitary facilities, as well as in the pharmaceutical and food industry. Also in kindergartens and nurseries A°-Wipes provide a safe and economic disinfection of small, frequently disinfected surfaces like e.g. baby changing tables. As the bucket system is tightly closed, the risk of cross-contamination, evaporation and spillage of the product is minimized. The whole capacity of the bucket is 3 litres (for filling volume see recommendations for application). The bucket can be cleaned and disinfected thermally (not autoclavable). Bucket and lid of the wipes dispensing system consist of thermoplastic polypropylene (PP), which in contrast to other thermoplastics (e. g. PE) is lighter, still very stable and disinfectant-resistant. An extended, white dispenser opening is integrated into the transparent lid, which provides sufficient room for the jutting wipe. Each dispensing system contains one dry roll of 120 non-woven wipes (30 g/m2). The wipes are 28 x 28 cm and are made of 100 % polypropylene-synthetic fibre. Disinfectants and stability: Various liquid surface disinfectants are suited for the use in the wipes dispensing system A°-Wipes. You can use 1.5 L ready to use disinfectant solutions as well as prepared solutions of concentrates (diluted according to the recommend-dations for use). The stability with A°-Wipes was confirmed by expert opinions for different Antiseptica surface disinfectants. Soaked wipes are stable for maximum 28 days. It is essential, though, to tightly and safely close the dispensing system every time a wipe has been taken from it. The appropriate application, handling and storage of the surface disinfectants is provided on the respective product information-leaflets and labels. The ready to use products Acrylan®, Big Spray new and Ethisol® are suitable for the rapid surface disinfection within a contact time of 5 minutes. For the routine disinfection, the A°-Wipes can also be impregnated with a prepared solution of the concentrates Antiseptica Combi Surface, Biguacid-S or Descocid®-N (the recommendations for use for the products are described on the respective product information leaflets; recommended use concentration: minimum 0.5 % according to VAH list). Unique is the usage of the active oxygen-releaser Oxygenon® Liquid r.f.u. with the A°-Wipes in a contact time of 30 minutes. In this special case, the soaked wipes are stable for up to 14 days. Application: Wear adequate personal protective equipment when handling disinfectants. Put wipes roll into the dispenser bucket. Pull first wipe out of the middle of the wipes roll in the bucket. Use 1.5 litres of a ready to use surface disinfectant or prepare 1.5 litres ready to use dilution of a concentrate according to the recommendations for use.
