APPLIED MEDICAL PRODUCT CATALOG TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Payment: Net 30 days from invoice date. A 2 percent per month finance charge will be charged for payments not received within the 30-day period. In the case of customers who have invoices outstanding after 60 days, Applied may choose to assign them a "hold" status and may allow shipments on a COD or prepaid basis only.
