7 Maintenance and cleaning Within the specified service life, the Germlyser® AM is maintenance free. The sterilising grade filter can be treated externally with standard surface disinfectants.. When changing the Germlyser® AM, small amounts of unfiltered water always accumulate. Over time, these lead to deposits on and inside the adapters. For this reason, the adapters should be checked for functionality and calcification at regular intervals and replaced as required.
