Procedure Sourire instrumentation is simple and easy. Either the insertion instrument or the trial cages are easily identified in a simple container. Using the trial cages, the operator determines first the implant ideal height and size. Then, the Sourire final positioning is always achieved intra-operatively under radiological control.
