Preparation of Disc Space: Disc space is opened and curetted, with retractors protecting the dura and nerve roots.
Positioning of SYNCHRO Cage: Trials are inserted until correct distraction with lordosis is achieved, and the cage is positioned to cover the anterior disc space.
