Specifications
Input current options are 110 or 220 volts at 60 Hz. Connection arcs for oxygen are made of brass tubing in compliance with NFPA99. For other non-corrosive medical gases, flexible polymer with a stainless steel mesh cover is used, and for low-pressure cryogenic gases, rubber with swivel connections is utilized. All connection arcs include an integrated individual check valve. Connections comply with CGA standards to ensure compatibility with each gas and are non-interchangeable. Units of measurement can be switched between Psi, kPa, and BAR.

Regulation System
The system includes regulators for high-pressure and low-pressure stages with a service bypass system. Safety valves are included for venting. Normally open automatic valves facilitate automatic bank switching. High and low-pressure sensors are manufactured in Germany. An emergency supply system is available at the low-pressure stage with DISS DEMAND connection.

Electronic System
The PCB electronic system manages the bank alternation program, featuring a pressure display for the left, right, and delivery pressure. The manifold is automatic, designed for medical gas automatic switchover.

Details
Manufactured by Grupo Arigmed S. de R.L de C.V, the system is ISO 9001:2008 certified. The PCB system operates on a multi-voltage power source of 110-220v. It includes a bank exchange program at 113 psi, with audiovisual alerts for bank switching. LED indicators show the status of each bank: Red (EMPTY), Green (IN SERVICE), Yellow (IN RESERVE). Pressure readings are available for each bank or header, as well as delivery pressure in the supply line.

Additional Features
Two dry contact ports are available for remote empty tank and bank change alarms. High and low-pressure sensors with a 4-20 mA signal are made in Germany. Safety valves are included in the venting system for high and low pressure. An electric ventilation source controls the temperature inside the manifold. The equipment is housed in a NEMA 12 class cabinet for indoor use and complies with NFPA99 standards. It should not be exposed to outdoor conditions or ambient temperatures above 43 degrees Celsius, necessitating mechanical ventilation.
