“Raise” Button The Maxi Move is fitted with a power saving feature which places the machine in ‘Sleep Mode’ when not used for a short time, to re-activate the machine press the up or down button. • Note: There will be a 3 seconds delay before the machine restarts from ‘Sleep Mode’. System Failure Lower Override:- (See fig 5) This can be used in the event of main control failure. In the unlikely event that the control handset or dual switch panel fails to operate the lifter, with a patient still supported by the sling or stretcher, provision for lowering has been made, using the “System Failure Lower Override switch”, situated on the right hand side of the controls console, a green and white identification label is positioned near the switch, for quick and easy recognition.
