Additional features include AirGuard™ Coating, visual coordination with Optima®, non-directional visuals to reduce scrap and installation time, compatibility with TechZone® Ceiling Systems, and a 30-year limited system warranty against visible sag, mold, and mildew.

Technical Specifications
The ceilings are white and made from wet-formed mineral fiber with a DuraBrite® acoustically transparent membrane. They have a DuraBrite scrim surface finish with factory-applied latex paint. They comply with ASTM E84 and CAN/ULC S102 for fire performance, achieving Fire Class A. The systems are equipped with HumiGuard® Plus for high humidity resistance and BioBlock® coating to resist mold and mildew. They meet VOC emissions standards set by the California Department of Public Health and contain over 50% recycled content.

Performance and Warranty
The product comes with a 30-year performance guarantee and warranty when installed with Armstrong® Suspension System. It has an insulation value with an R Factor of 2.2 (BTU units) and 0.39 (Watts units).

Metric items are available with extended lead times and minimum quantities. FastSize™ Panels are factory-finished and made-to-order in various sizes.
