Introduction
The document introduces the COVID-19 Antigen Test Kit developed by Artron Laboratories Inc. This kit is designed for the rapid and qualitative detection of COVID-19 antigens using immunochromatographic assay methods. Intended Use
The test kit is designed for use by healthcare professionals and laboratories to aid in the early diagnosis of SARS-CoV-2 infection in patients showing clinical symptoms. It is not intended for personal use and should not be the sole basis for diagnosis. Results should be confirmed with a Real-Time Reverse Transcriptase (RT)-PCR Diagnostic kit.

Procedure
1. Add 400μl of extraction buffer into the reagent tube.
2. Insert the nasal/nasopharyngeal swab into the tube and rotate it against the side at least 10 times.
3. Squeeze the tube to extract as much liquid as possible and dispose of the swab.
4. Apply the cap to the tube and add 4 drops of the specimen into the sample well.
