ASKION Laser Distance Module DMM-1025
The ASKION Laser Distance Module DMM-1025 operates at a wavelength of 905 nm with a measuring frequency range of 0.1 to 10 Hz. It is classified as Laser class 1 or 1M according to EN 60825-1:2015-07 standards. The module functions within an operational temperature range of -32 to +55°C and has a shock resistance of 1,000 g at a 1 ms pulse. The module dimensions are 28 mm x 39 mm x 49 mm (W x H x L), with a range capability of 20 to 2,500 m for beam filling targets and 1,100 m for targets sized 1.8 x 0.6 m² with 10% albedo and 10 km visibility.
The DMM-1025 is designed for determining distances to objects using time-of-flight measurement of laser pulses. It is suitable for integration into sensor systems for industrial applications, such as position determination, distance, and speed measurement. The module's advanced hardware and signal processing allow for accurate distance measurements to both near-field targets and slightly reflective distant targets.
The module can be customized according to customer specifications, including wavelength, size based on measuring range, measuring frequency, and data interface options such as SPI, I²C, and RS485.
