POLARIS HP_EN-1

High power laser therapy is the latest specialty area in the field of physical therapy. It allows for deep tissue penetration with the use of high power laser radiation in a very short period, allowing you to achieve excellent therapeutic results, especially analgesic effect. Polaris HP is a device that emits exactly this energy, but you can also use it as a traditional biostimulation therapy unit. In order to enable efficient and precise deep intratissue laser therapy, a special DILA adapter has been developed (Deep Intratissue Laser Adapter). It is revolutionary optical system, which allows for laser beam formation in such a way to compensate power loss in surface tissues. The application of adapter reduces the thermal effect in the skin and subcutaneous tissue. The DILA adapter is particularly applied in the case of deeply located tissues, such as: deeply situated intramuscular changes, deep scars and trigger points. It is also designated for large treatment areas. Beam shape of the Polaris HP formed in the DILA adapter visible in glass of water. THERE ARE AVAILABLE TWO VERSIONS OF POLARIS HP Polaris HP S High power and biostimulation laser therapy is equipped with two built‐in laser sources with wavelengths of 808 and 980 nm and power of 8 and 10 W. Thanks to this the energy is applied with peak power reaching up to 18 W. We can therefore achieve a significant analgesic effect by activation of Wall and Melzack's control gate mechanisms. Polaris HP M is equipped with a single high power laser source with a wavelength of 808 nm, and a power of 8 W. This allows you to achieve significant thermal effect, which greatly improve the local blood circulation, and consequently, increase circulation of oxygen. DILT application (Deep Intratissue Laser Therapy) Therapeutic encyclopedia with treatment description The unit is equipped with a large 7'' inch very high‐resolution touch screen. Its operation is intuitive, and the built‐in therapeutic encyclopedia allows for accurate analysis of the treatment methodology, reducing the risk of improper performance of a treatment. For ease of operation the unit is also equipped with a knob, which greatly reduces the time of parameter setting, and in order to maintain the correct parameter values Polaris HP has an automatic laser power measurement test.

HIGH POWER LASER WAVELENGTH RANGES AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE BODY COMPATIBLE ACCESSORIES OF HP – HIGH POWER LASER THERAPY Built-in high power laser sources 8 W/808 nm (Polaris HP S and M), 10 W/980 nm (Polaris HP S) DILA (Deep Intratissue Laser Adapter) Cytochrome c oxidase Penetration Absorption Polaris HP unit may contain two emission sources with the wavelengths of 808 nm and 980 nm. The selection of these values is associated with a desire to influence certain biophysical mechanisms that have a beneficial effect on the selected processes in the body. And so in the case of 808 nm, it gives a...
