Title: Scope Update Document No: NOC-2001 Revision: 1 We are writing to inform you that as part of our continuous improvement and supplier sustainability initiative, the Scope USB (part number FLX-20-1003) has been upgraded, effective from Serial Number 1003-0120-0006, details of the upgrade are included in this Notice of Change. The part number remains the same. 1. Affected Products: FluidX Scope™ Single Tube Reader USB "Plug and Play" single tube reader with large window for all 2D DataMatrix labelled tubes and 1D Linear barcodes, hardware decoding with USB Keyboard wedge. Figure 1: Scope USB (part number FLX-20-1003) As part of our continuous improvement and supplier sustainability initiative, we identified that a key component of the Scope reader from our supplier had become obsolete. As a new part has been sourced this resulted in a new case design and upgraded scanner for all Scope USB readers.
