Operating Procedure

Ensure the FrostX2 is connected to air hose and mains power.
Place the rack of tubes in the SBS rack insert at the top.
Set the necessary air pressure, speed, and cycles, then press GO.
Run the designated number of de-icer cycles.
Remove the rack of tubes without frost/ice obstructing the 2D codes.

How It Works
The FrostX2 generates a high-pressure vertical air blade that removes frost from the bottom of the tubes in a controlled manner, either through fast evaporation or mechanical means, while keeping the samples frozen. The device automatically detects the presence of a rack, applies predefined settings, and begins the cycle(s).
