Clinical Case Example: A patient with horizontal and vertical bone defects underwent implant site preparation using manual compactors to avoid damage to the vestibular bone wall. The bone defect was filled with heterologous graft and covered with a T-Barrier collagen membrane, resulting in successful implant loading.
