Overview: The AV-200 Veterinary
Biochemistry Analyzer is capable of performing up to 200 tests per hour using photometry and turbidimetry measurement principles. It is a random access instrument with an emergency STAT priority mode, suitable for analyzing serum, plasma, urine, and cerebrospinal liquid samples.
Methodologies: The analyzer supports end-point, kinetic, and two-point methodologies, with programmable mono and bi-chromatic options.
Reagent Tray: It features 40 positions, including one for detergent and one for dilution, with a barcode reader for closed systems. It manages batches and expiration dates, with R1 & R2 reagent volumes ranging from 10 to 300 µL, adjustable in 1 µL increments.
Sample Tray: The tray accommodates 40 samples, including QC and STAT positions, with an optional barcode reader. Sample volumes range from 2 to 50 µL, adjustable in 0.1 µL increments.
Reaction Tray: Contains 60 reusable reaction cuvettes with a minimum reaction volume of 180 μL. It includes an incubator with precise temperature control at 37°C ± 0.1.
Lamp: Equipped with a long-life halogen-tungsten lamp operating at 6V.
Refrigeration: Features a 24-hour non-stop cooling system to maintain reagents between 2°C and 8°C.
Water Consumption: Maximum of 5 liters per hour.
Absorbance and Sensitivity: Photometric range of 0 - 4.0 ABS with a resolution of 0.001 ABS.
Cleaning Unit: Includes an automatic washing system with 8 steps using detergent and water.
Calibration: Supports linear and non-linear calibration, with a history of calibration factors saved.
