BAUMER Trolleys and Racks ADDITIONAL TRAY SPECIFICATIONS Accessories for load and unload of autoclaves and transference to sterilization area and storage (distribution). The usage of racks allows the perfectly placement of the cargo inside the chamber with right circulation of steam or any other sterilizing agent. CONSTRUCTION • Transfer Trolley: Built in pipes of stainless steel. Includes 4 rotary wheels made covered with rubber, with 5” diameter, being the 2 on the rear equipped with brakes. The tracks for the rack are made with stainless steel with locks to fix the rack, set in motion by a stick. In one of the sides the prolongation of the racks ends in a catcher that facilitates the maneuvers of the trolley. • Device - Cargo Rack: Built in stainless steel AISI 304. Includes stainless wheels which slide on the chamber and trolley tracks. Adaptable for usage with baskets or shelves spaced each 50mm. • Tray for adjustable rack: Built in stainless steel AISI 304 or polished AISI 316, with 12mm diameter punched holes. Includes bars for height adjustment and tray support, and safety bars. • Wired tray for adjustable rack: Built in stainless steel AISI 304 or AISI 316, with 3,2mm diameter of 3,2mm. Includes bars for height adjustment and tray support, and safety bars.
