Product catalog summary
Trouble-Free Operation
The LifeLine® Global Manifold is designed according to NFPA, CSA, and ISO standards, ensuring reliability and reducing gas leaks. It features a NEMA 4 enclosure for outdoor installations and is suitable for any medical gas service.
  • Ultra-high flow tested to ISO 10524-2
  • Fully automatic with dome-loaded regulators
  • Fluoro-polymer-free headers for cylinder O2 service
  • Compact design with no NPT connections
  • Environmental testing to MIL STD 810F
  • Ignition testing to ISO 10524-2 for oxygen service
  • New forging design minimizes connection points to reduce leaks
Dome Biasing for Best Flow and Reliability
Dome biased primary regulators ensure maximum flow rates without exposure to atmospheric conditions, preventing ice formation and ensuring reliability.
Liquid Cylinder or Gas Cylinder Configurations
The manifold supports various configurations, including cylinder by cylinder, liquid by liquid, and liquid by cylinder setups. It can also provide automatic backup for bulk installations.
Simple Installation and Service
Installation is straightforward, with a bracket system for easy mounting. Connections are gas-tight, and the NEMA 4 enclosure allows for quick electrical connections. The manifold's redundancy allows for service without shutdown.
TotalAlert Embedded Capabilities
Available with standard or TAE electronics, the latter offers remote monitoring and email alerts for pressure drops, advising cylinder replacement before alarms trigger.
Flow Capacities
  • Cylinder Manifold: 380 kPa (55 psig) - 93.4 m3/hour; 690 kPa (100 psig) - 130.8 m3/hour; 1.2 mPa (180 psig) - 151.2 m3/hour
  • Liquid Manifold: Argon - 9.9 m3/hour; Carbon Dioxide - 4.2 m3/hour; Nitrogen - 9.9 m3/hour; Nitrous Oxide - 3.1 m3/hour; Oxygen - 9.9 m3/hour
Key Benefits

Lifeline Cylinder Manifold Flow Capacities Delivery Pressure Minimum Flow rate This flow rate is the minimum flow rate which will be expected just prior to switchover. With full cylinders, the flow rate may be considerably higher. Always compare manifolds at switchover. Lifeline Liquid Manifold Flow Capacities Liquid x Liquid x Reserve Bulk liquid x Liquid x Reserve Liquid containers have limits in their rate of delivery and are typically more limited than the manifold. Given below are typical output capacities for single liquid containers. With two liquid containers on a header, this capacity...
