The BeaconMedæs Medical Oxygen Plant offers a solution by enabling on-site oxygen production. This system eliminates dependency on external suppliers. The core component, the PSA OGP MED Generator, extracts oxygen from ambient air, providing facilities with a self-sufficient oxygen production capability. Key components like compressors, dryers, filters, and the PSA generator are all manufactured in-house.

System Reliability and Monitoring

The system typically includes one or two independent oxygen generation lines, a cylinder bank, and a high-pressure booster for backup. Oxygen analyzers are standard, ensuring continuous monitoring of oxygen quality. Each generator features sophisticated monitoring tools, including an inlet dewpoint sensor, outlet flow meter, and oxygen analyzer, all displayed on a high-resolution graphical controller.

Compliance with Standards

The OGP MED Generators produce oxygen that complies with the United States Pharmacopeia (USP) and European Pharmacopeia (EurPh) standards for Oxygen 93, allowing the use of PSA-produced oxygen in medical applications.
