These systems are compliant with NFPA 99 standards and are more than just air compressors; they include comprehensive solutions for clean, dry medical air.
Complete Tank Mounted “SPC” Duplex Packages
The LifeLine® Oil-Less Reciprocating Medical Air packages are mounted on integral air receivers and include:
- Total Alert Embedded control system with touchscreen controls for operation, alarms, and logs.
- Direct drive electric motor for increased efficiency.
- Duplexed LifeLine desiccant dryers for guaranteed dew point and improved serviceability.
- Pre-wired and pre-piped assembly with single point connections for air intake, discharge, electrical, and drainage.
- Air receiver with a three-valve bypass for compressor isolation and air receiver bypass.
Technical Specifications
The systems are available in various models with different capacities, measured in Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (SCFM) according to ISO 1217 standards. They operate under normal conditions at a maximum ambient temperature of 105°F.
TotalAlert Embedded Controls
The systems feature high-detail touchscreen controls with easy navigation and vital system information display. They enable networking with TotalAlert alarm panels via Ethernet, allowing remote monitoring and immediate alerts through text/email.
Clean, Dry Medical Air
The LifeLine® Medical Air dryers ensure continuous delivery of clean, dry air. They include high-efficiency coalescing filters and a repressurization cycle to protect against desiccant dusting and valve wear. Standard features include:
- Anodized aluminum base block with SAE fittings to reduce leak points and pressure drop losses.
- 441 tower transfer valve with a 5-year warranty.
- Repressurization cycle in dryer towers to minimize desiccant shock and dusting.
- Easy disassembly for serviceability.
